Symptoms

Symptoms are subjective changes, such as pain and fatigue or loss of appetite, that are personally experienced by the patient. Sometimes the term symptom is also used more broadly to include any observed signs. Doctors are not able to detect symptoms as these can only be sensed by the patients. A doctor gets to know about symptoms when the patient tells him about them.
